The NRGMAX Treater
is designed with a freewater knock out section and an
inlet shroud that directs free water around the firetube so the burner capacity is
only used to heat the oil emulsion making it highly efficient. It also has a gas dome to strip
the gas leaving the rear section 100% flooded. This increases the volume of fluid stored in
the treater thus maximizing the retention time and as a result maximizes the
capacity
This
heat exchanger fits into the standard oval shape of the
traditional firetube opening. However, it utilizes more surface area for flame to contact
than the old style firetube and can offer as much as a 50% increase in available
BTUs. It also has vertical tubes that circulate the
fluid via the principle of thermal syphon and thus adding a new process to the treating
of fluid and all the while increasing the heat exchange
even more. This circulation of the fluid is done without the use of a pump. WATCH THE

This
heat exchanger also fits into the standard firetube opening. It is a firetube within a
metal jacket. Clean dry oil is pumped around the firetube inside this jacket
and then released back into the inlet from the use of
a thermal controlled pump. This technology draws the heat from the firetube
more extensively than a firetube that is being used in stagnant
fluid. It also has the benefit of protecting the firetube from hot spots cause
by solids or polymers. The treaters own hot dry oil is used
a power fluid to transfer the heat, protect the fire tube
and increase the thermal efficiency of the heating process. WATCH THE VIDEO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMtiRIvrd2Y
